HR Assistant

About the role

Olive Co., Inc., a growing manufacturing and importing company specializing in pet accessories and supplies, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City. This role will support core human resources, recruitment, and daily office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, pre-screening applicants, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee files and digital records, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance.
• Assist in processing timekeeping records, preparing payroll documentation, and coordinating government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG).
• Oversee administrative HR tasks, process employment verification requests, and handle HR-related communications.
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for routine employee inquiries regarding company policies, leave applications, and workplace updates.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with OJT or internship experience in HR/Admin.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
• Good communication skills, strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and strong organizational skills.
