HR Assistant

Key responsibilities

1. Assist with daily HR and administrative operations.
2. Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
3. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
4. Assist in attendance, leave, overtime, claim and payroll preparation.
5. Prepare HR-related letters and documents.
6. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
7. Support training coordination and other HR projects.
8. Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Human Resources or HR Administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
