HR Assistant

Location: Ubi Working Hours: 5 days

Job Scope

·         Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, preparation of offer letters, and work pass applications whilst staying current with MOM regulatory requirements

·         Process monthly payroll calculations, CPF contributions, leave tracking, staff claims, government grants, and employee benefits in accordance with company policies

·         Administer staff insurance renewals, support internship programmes, and prepare yearly payroll audit reports including IR8A, IR21, and statutory submissions

·         Maintain records of IT equipment, office supplies, company assets, and liase with building management and IT vendors for operational support

Requirements

·         Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience

·         Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

·         Bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

·         Strong communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail

·         Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, CPF requirements, and MOM guidelines is advantageous

·         Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism
