HR Assistant

· To participate in process of selection and recruitment.

· To handle all advertisement and publications pertaining to the recruitment.

· To organise interviews, prepare and issue appointment letters.

· To carry out joining formalities for all levels of employees.

· To advise accounts details of full and final settlements for separating employees.

· To initiate enquiry proceedings in cases involving disciplinary matters.

· To organise and administer relevant training programs for all employees

· To maintain personnel files of employees.

· To participate in formation of policies, procedures and objectives of the organisation.

· To follow and maintain all standards of quality as required by the organizational standards.

· Assist in Attendance Management, payroll works, salary process for all employees.

· To prepare new staff Contract letters & Renewal letters.

· Vendor Invoice checking.

• Candidates must have 2 years of experience from Hospital Background
