Job Title: HR Executive Operations

Location: KR Mangalam Head Office, Chattarpur-Delhi-110030

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, documentation, and coordination with departments and Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR orientation
• Manage appraisal and promotion processes with proper coordination
• Maintain employee records and HR data (active & inactive)
• Act as a central HR contact for employees (entry to exit)
• Manage HR email communication and employee queries
• Prepare and submit monthly HR reports to Head Office
• Issue letters (offer, appointment, NOC, etc.) in coordination with HO
• Handle resignation, exit process, and full & final settlements
• Support grievance handling and employee relations
• Manage visiting faculty data, billing, and payments
• Organize HR events and engagement activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or related field
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality

Candidates with an education sector background will be preferred.
