Hr Assistant

Role & responsibilities :

* Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare clear recruitment briefs.

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants and other recruitment channels.

* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

* Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview schedules.

* Manage end-to-end interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.

* Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollout and joining formalities.

* Manage pre-joining follow-ups and ensure candidates join as committed.

* Handle onboarding documentation and coordinate the joining process.

* Maintain recruitment trackers, open-position status and hiring reports.

* Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

* Support employee engagement and other HR activities whenever required.
