HR Assistant

We are looking for a reliable HR Executive to join our team! The role involves handling employee records, salary-related work, HR documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. If you know your way around a computer and can speak clearly and confidently — we want you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with salary, attendance, ESI, PF, and other HR compliance work
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Assist in basic data entry and backend work
• Coordinate with team members and field staff
• Support office and HR operations as needed

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Email, Internet browsing)
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Experience of only HR work is counted
• Freshers welcome (0-2 years experience)
• Positive attitude and willingness to work
• Punctual and dependable

Preference:

Applicants staying near Munirka, Delhi will be given priority for ease of commute.

Working Hours:

10-6:30 PM | 6 Days a Week
