Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:
The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, employee engagement, and HR MIS. The role will also involve team handling and PMS KRA/KPI management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records, HR MIS, attendance, leave, and shift records.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with Accounts.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and day-to-day HR issues.
• Manage and coordinate the HR team and delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Develop, track, and monitor KRA/KPIs for employees and departments.
• Conduct regular KRA/KPI reviews and maintain performance records.
• Support audits, HR reporting, and management MIS.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Labour Compliance.
• Good understanding of KRA/KPI setting and performance management.
• Team handling and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of attendance and payroll processes.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR MIS.

Working Details & Benefits:

• Working Days: 6 days a week
