HR Assistant

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and Onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
• Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees.
• Maintain daily attendance records for plant employees.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in sales or related domains. Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to candidate management and documentation.
