HR Assistant

Responsible for providing HR services that supports the requirements of the account/ Business Unit in the different HR functional areas such as :

• Organization Development
• Performance Management
• Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Placement
• Employee and Labor Relations
• Compensation Management
• Payroll and Benefits Administration
• Training and Development
• Human Resources Information System
• Career/Succession Planning
• Functional Custodianship and Administrative Services

Responsible for ensuring that HR Policies, Procedures and other established operating standards are consistently implemented and meet the current strategic needs of the Business Unit under the supervision of the respective HR Account Manager.
