Job Summary

Support HR operations, workforce data administration, and employee service processes while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Handle routine HR queries and employee requests.

Maintain and update employee/workforce data accurately.

Support HR operations, documentation, and administrative activities.

Follow standard HR processes, policies, and guidelines.

Resolve routine issues using established procedures.

Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of HR information.

Support process improvement and productivity initiatives.

Required Skills

Primary Skill: HR Delivery – P2

Secondary Skill: Workday Recruiting

Good oral and written communication.

Attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a team and follow defined processes.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn HR systems.Role & responsibilities
