HR Assistant

We are seeking a motivated HR Assistant with 1 to 2 years of professional HR experience to support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, a basic understanding of HR practices, and the ability to assist both management and employees in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be based in Islamabad and able to commute easily to our office.

Role Overview
As HR Assistant, you'll support day-to-day HR operations, help with recruitment and onboarding, and make sure employee records and HR processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings, screen CVs, and schedule interviews with candidates
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including documentation and orientation
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR files (digital and physical)
• Track attendance, leave, and assist with payroll data preparation
• Respond to employee queries about HR policies and procedures
• Help organize employee engagement activities and company events
• Support the HR team with reports, letters, and other administrative tasks

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an HR or HR-admin role
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with HR software is a plus
• Basic understanding of Pakistani labour laws is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
• Must currently reside in Islamabad and be able to commute to our office at E-11 Markaz daily

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
