HR Assistant

Summary

The HR ASSISTANT is responsible for supporting all aspects of the recruitment process in line with the talent acquisition requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment activities to ensure effective, accurate and timely recruitment and appointment of talent.
• Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to recruitment team members including but not limited to Online Talent Searching customized screening and sourcing strategies.
• Monitor recruitment inbox and provide customer service and accurate advice to LBSC business and candidates relating to recruitment and selection.
• Assist in monitoring compliance of recruitment activities and records management.
• Coordinate the pre-employment checks.
• Provide general administrative support in vendor management.
• Facilitate order processing invoices and payments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or other related courses.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• With internship or experience in HR/recruitment is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
