HR Assistant

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: Fresher – 1 year
Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR, BBA/B.Com/Graduate with HR interest

Responsibilities:

• Candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn and references
• Screening CVs and conducting initial HR calls
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Candidate follow-ups and joining coordination
• Employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintaining employee records and HR databases
• Attendance and basic payroll coordination
• Preparing HR reports and maintaining Excel sheets
• Supporting day-to-day HR and administrative activities

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR processes
• MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
