HR Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.
• Coordinate offer, joining, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain good relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making frequent candidate calls.
• Knowledge of job portals and recruitment sourcing techniques.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
