Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible all employees's training record and HRDF claim.
• Responsible on office grocery & stationery purchase & release, including scan card (employee badge), uniform, safety shoes, personal protection equipment (PPE), medicines, cleaning items & etc.
• Assist in interview/ sourcing for Operator position.
• Assist in arranging new joiner orientation program.
• Assist in handle Foreign worker's matter.
• Assist in checking workers attendance and lock OT.
• Arrange for schedule waste to collect waste at all plants.
• Arrange for vending machine with supplier.
• Update and monitor monthly utilities bills TNB, SAJ, Telekom and IWK.

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years relevant working experience in HR & in Manufacturing.
• Familiar on Immigration & new hiring on foreign workers procedure.
• Familiar in Training arrangement/ Recruitment.
• Possess own transportation.
• Possess sense of responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
