HR ASSISTANT

HR Executive – Right Gold

Location: Nirman Vihar, Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
• Handle joining formalities, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance and leave data.
• Assist in payroll processing, PF & ESI related work.
• Handle employee grievances, complaints and HR queries.
• Manage employee offboarding, full & final settlement and exit formalities.
• Coordinate background verification and police verification.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, notices and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments for employee-related requirements.
• Support employee engagement and HR activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR
• Good knowledge of Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, PF & ESI and HR Operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
• Experience in jewellery retail/showroom industry will be an added advantage.

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
