HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Post job vacancies, screen resumes, coordinate interview schedules, and assist with initial applicant communications.
• Onboarding & Orientation: Prepare new hire paperwork, issue employment contracts, and conduct new employee orientations.
• Records & Database Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files while strictly upholding data confidentiality.
• Timekeeping & Payroll Support: Gather attendance records, track leave credits, and assist with payroll computation inputs.
• Benefits Administration: Process government-mandated contributions or local statutory benefits and answer employee queries regarding medical or leave benefits.
• Employee Relations: Help organize company events, coordinate training logistics, and route employee grievances to senior HR officers.

Pay: Php19,500.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
