Job Description:
- Understand recruiting needs - regularly craft and post job descriptions
- Brainstorm recruiting strategies or source suitable recruiting platforms - increase outreach
- Screening resumes and applications - shortlist suitable and qualified candidates
- Schedule interviews
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A team player with good people management skills
- Target-driven, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure
- A friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality
- Eagerness for self-learning, improvement, and career growth
- Minimum local Polytechnic Diploma or higher education
