HR ASSISTANT

About the role

This is an HR support position responsible for assisting with recruitment, employee records management, payroll processing, and HR administration. The role involves maintaining employee files, monitoring attendance, processing government-mandated benefits, and supporting HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records
• Monitor employee attendance, DTR, leaves, overtime, tardiness, and absences
• Assist in payroll preparation and verification of payroll-related information
• Process and maintain records for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
• Assist employees with HR-related concerns, requests, and inquiries
• Prepare HR documents such as certificates, notices, memoranda, and other employment-related documents
• Assist in implementing company policies, employee discipline, and HR procedures
• Update employee information in the HRIS and other HR systems
• Assist in employee training, performance evaluation, and engagement activities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• With or without experience in HR; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of basic HR functions, labor practices, and government-mandated benefits is an advantage
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
• Willing to work in San Pedro, Laguna
