Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• Post job openings across various recruitment platforms and monitor application tracking.
• Maintain and update HR databases, recruitment trackers, and employee records with accuracy.
• Support employee onboarding activities, including documentation, joining formalities, and induction coordination.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and facilitate hiring processes.
• Assist in HR operations, including payroll input collection, attendance records, and compliance-related documentation.
• Ensure timely maintenance of employee files and HR documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide administrative support for various HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and other HR projects as assigned.
