HR Assistant

Are you a fresh graduate looking to start your career in Human Resources? Join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and other HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and applicant coordination.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR forms, notices, and other employee-related documents.
• Assist in onboarding, orientation, and offboarding of employees.
• Maintain and update employee 201 files, HR databases, and personnel records.
• Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, leaves, and other HR-related records.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and government-mandated requirements.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries and provide general HR and administrative support.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR team or management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or HR experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Willing to work on-site in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
