HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding

• Assist in posting job vacancies and screening applicants.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Prepare onboarding requirements and assist in new hire orientation.

Employee Records and Documentation

• Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR databases.
• Ensure all employee records are accurate, complete, and confidential.
• Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, and certifications.

Payroll and Benefits Administration

• Assist in timekeeping and attendance monitoring.
• Support payroll processing by ensuring accuracy of employee data.
• Coordinate with employees regarding benefits, leaves, and government contributions.

Employee Relations and Engagement

• Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
• Assist in organizing company activities, events, and engagement programs.

Compliance and HR Policies

• Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Administrative Support

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Handle filing, reports, and other HR-related tasks.

Other Duties

• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
