What they need
- Graduate of BS or BA Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Registered Psychometrician is an advantage
- At least four (4) years of working experience in Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Resourceful, with ability to multi-tasks
- Ability to adapt in a fast phase environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- First-class organization and multitasking skills
- Work location is in Gen. Trias, Cavite
