HR Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Assistant to support daily HR activities, employee documentation, attendance, and general HR administration in our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee attendance, leave records, and overtime reports.
• Support onboarding, joining formalities, and employee induction.
• Assist with visa processing, renewals, Emirates ID, and other employee documentation.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
• Support payroll preparation and maintain accurate employee data.
• Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
• Prepare HR reports and perform general administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in HR or administration is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate records.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
• Male candidates preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
