Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Dubai. The Human Resources Officer will support in managing daily tasks which includes managing employee records, handling White collar and Blue collar recruitment, PRO coordination and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee development. This role also involves developing initiatives to improve workplace culture and engagement.
Qualifications
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Strong Employee Relations and Job Description Development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with HR software and labor law compliance in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in UAE.
