Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Generalist to join our team. This role serves as a key liaison between HR and business units, driving people strategies that support organizational goals. The person will play a critical role in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
• Facilitate organizational change and culture-building initiatives.
• Payroll (Mandatory)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6 months or Minimum 1 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
