HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
• Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding, and documentation of new employees.
• Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and employee working-hour data.
• Assist in payroll processing by compiling attendance, leave, overtime, and other salary-related inputs.
• Support EPF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance documentation and registrations.
• Prepare HR letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other employee communications.
• Coordinate employee induction, training, and engagement activities.
• Assist in maintaining monthly attendance records using MS Excel.
• Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Ensure proper filing, record maintenance, and confidentiality of employee information.

Pay: Up to ₹180,000.00 per year
