HR ASSISTANT

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an HR support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees.
• Check and calculate employees’ basic salary, overtime, allowances, deductions, unpaid leave, attendance and other payroll-related items.
• Verify attendance and payroll information before processing salary.
• Prepare and issue monthly payslips to employees.
• Assist in preparing payroll-related reports and schedules.
• Check payroll calculations and identify any discrepancies before salary payment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and employee salary information.
• Handle employees’ basic enquiries relating to salary, payslips and payroll deductions.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within the required deadline.
• Perform any other payroll-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
