HR Assistant

WE’RE HIRING! | HR ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling employee concerns and maintaining positive employee relations.
• Prepare HR memos and assist in addressing workplace issues.
• Help implement company policies and procedures.
• Assist in administering employee compensation and benefits, including benefits enrollment, leave monitoring, and employee inquiries.
• Support payroll preparation by monitoring attendance and verifying employee records.
• Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and personnel records.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, trustworthy, and able to take initiative.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• On-site work setup
