HR Assistant

Act as the HR coordination point for Restaurant Managers, Area Managers, and outlet teams on routine HR matters.

Recruitment:Timely interview coordination and candidate follow-ups

Joining Formalities:Completion of joining documents within the defined timeline

Attendance:Accurate and timely monthly attendance consolidation

Payroll:Accurate payroll inputs submitted before the deadline

HRMS:Accuracy and timely updating of employee records

Employee Lifecycle:Timely processing of transfers, resignations, and exit documentation

Compliance:Timely collection and submission of required employee documents, Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation related to PF, ESIC, and other applicable statutory requirements.

Coordinate the collection of KYC details and statutory forms.

Escalate policy violations, employee disputes, misconduct concerns, and exceptions to the HR Manager/HR Head

Communicate HR policies, processes, and deadlines as approved by the HR Manager/HR Head.

Coordinate employee engagement activities, festive celebrations, competitions, recognition initiatives, and employee communication across outlets.

Assist in organizing employee induction, training sessions, and policy awareness programs.

Maintain records of training participation and engagement activities.

Support the HR team in implementing employee welfare initiatives and improving employee communication across locations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
