Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to support daily HR operations in our manufacturing company. The candidate will assist with recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, onboarding, and coordination with employees and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
• Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and shift details.
• Assist in payroll processing by collecting attendance and overtime data.
• Support HR activities related to factory employees and office staff.
• Coordinate with production and other departments regarding manpower requirements.
• Assist in maintaining employee databases and preparing HR reports.
• Support statutory compliance documentation and other HR administrative activities.
• Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
