HR Assistant

We are seeking an individual keen to gain hands-on HR experience within a dynamic and fast-paced dental head office environment.

This role will be perfectly suited for a recent graduate looking to begin their career in HR.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting recruitment activities
• Preparing offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems
• Assisting with right-to-work and compliance checks
• Managing HR inbox queries and responding in a timely manner
• Supporting absence management administration
• Assisting with HR reporting and documentation
• General HR administrative duties as required

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
• A confident communicator (written and verbal)
• Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
