HR Assistant (Compensation and Benefits)

As an HR ComBen Assistant, you will manage statutory benefits administration of 1,500 employees to ensure accurate payroll processing. In this role, you will mainly be responsible for reviewing and administering government-mandated benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. Additionally, you will facilitate Compensation and Benefits new hire orientation, monitor loans/benefits, and process HMO enrollment of newly hired employees.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• With at least 1 year of work experience as a ComBen personnel or similar role.
• Must be knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Code and Government Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIbig, TIN).
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook).
• With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, with attention to detail, and capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on holidays, weekends, and render overtime if needed.
