HR Assistant/ Executive (Training Provided)

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000
• 5 Working Day: Monday to Friday
• Office Hour: 8:15am – 5:45pm
• Location: Kim Keat Road (Near Toa Payoh and Balestier)
• Full Training Provided!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, not limited to recruitment, orientation, leave & training administration, administration of employee benefits and other HR operations
• Responsible for updating of HR database, prepare monthly report and authorities survey form for submission
• Provide support in all administrative functions
• Assist in organising company activities and participate in company CSR events
• Assist in HR initiatives, programs and projects
• Support in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Assist to cover receptionist duties as and when required
• Any ad-hoc task as assigned by immediate supervisor
