HR Assistant (Generalist) [EL]

Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

Handle employee records and maintain HR documentation

Assist in payroll processing and leave administration

Support performance management and employee engagement activities

Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations

Handle employee queries and provide HR support when needed

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedure
