HR Assistant (Immigration/Visa Processing)

Project assignment: Metro Manila Subway Project CP-103

JOB OBJECTIVES:

To support the Company’s expatriates in the application of WORKING VISA by preparing the complete and necessary documentary requirements for submission to various government agencies in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the documentary requirements needed in the application of Working Visa of the company’s Expats.
• Liaising to various Government Offices for the submission and application of government mandatories in relation to Visa Application (i.e: BIR TIN ID Application, NBI Application)
• Tracking of the progress of the VISA APPLICATION and coordinating with the applicant for the purpose of an update or requesting for additional documents as may be needed in the application.
• Maintaining and keeping of the records and files of the Company’s Expats.
• Escort Company’s Expats to the Immigration, Embassies and other offices as may be required by the circumstance.
• Be able to update the HR Manager and Admin Manager regarding the status of each application.
• Flight booking (Expats and local staffs).

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Tourism Management, BS in Business Administration or any Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in Visa Processing
• Has a good language facility
• Amenable to work as Project-based employee
• Can work from Monday-Saturday (Office-based)
• Can start as soon as possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
