HR ASSISTANT MANAGER

About the role

We are looking for a competent and experienced HR Assistant Manager to support our HR operations and help ensure the effective implementation of company policies, employee relations, recruitment, and other HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily HR operations and administrative activities
• Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation
• Handle employee relations and address employee concerns professionally
• Assist in implementing and monitoring company HR policies and procedures
• Supervise and provide guidance to HR staff
• Monitor attendance, employee records, and HR documentation
• Assist in performance management and disciplinary processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to management
• Coordinate with different departments regarding HR concerns and requirements

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• At least 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR administration
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Can work independently and effectively manage multiple HR tasks
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
