What they need
Oversees all HR functions within a manufacturing environment, including workforce planning, labor regulations, talent development and compliance to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with business and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Law/Legal or Management.
- Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law & Regulations and experienced in handling Industrial Relations disputes.
- Strong expertise in Industrial Relations (lR) and Compensation & Benefits (ComBen).
- Experienced in handling SAP/HRlS, particularly for attendance and payroll.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong leadership,communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with fluent English.
- Willing to be placed in Kendal or Grobogan, Central Java.
