Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee end-to-end hiring, screening, interviewing, and onboarding roadmaps.
• Employee Relations: Resolve grievances, mediate workplace disputes, and manage disciplinary or termination steps.
• Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and update company handbooks.
• Compensation and Benefits: Coordinate payroll inputs, salary benchmarks, and rewards programs.
• Performance and Training: Monitor performance appraisal systems and plan professional growth programs.
• HR Strategy and Analytics: Track retention metrics and use data to support business

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven background in HR management or as an executive/generalist.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
