HR Assistant Manager

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Handle HR operations, payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and organizational initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and coordinate with management on workforce planning and people-related matters.
• 4–7 years of relevant HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS.
• Experience in education consultancy, professional services, or a sales-driven environment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
