HR Assistant Manager (Learning and Development)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) programs, including training needs analysis, training calendar, implementation, evaluation, and employee development initiatives.
• Support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Partner with department heads and HR stakeholders to identify people development needs and recommend appropriate HR interventions.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures in compliance with company standards and applicable labor regulations.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations and assist the HR Manager in improving HR processes and employee programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong experience in Learning & Development, including training needs analysis, program design, facilitation, and training evaluation.
• Broad exposure to various HR facets, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio, with the ability to create organizational charts, process flowcharts, presentations, and other HR-related visual materials.
