  • Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience for new joiners.
  • Support employee relations matters, including preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate recruitment activity in partnership with the Chief of Staff and hiring managers, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment administration.
  • Produce regular HR reports and assist the Chief of Staff with people data analysis and reporting.
  • Support performance review cycles, learning and development initiatives, and wider HR processes.
  • Assist with the review and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
  • Support HR projects that enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and the overall effectiveness of the private office.

About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience in an HR Assistant, HR Advisor, or HR Generalist position.
  • Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes.
  • Previous experience supporting onboarding, employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
  • Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted HR partner.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, discreet, and ever-changing environment.
  • Naturally confidential and professional, with experience handling sensitive information.
  • A solutions-focused mindset with a passion for improving processes and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
