We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the delivery of an efficient and effective HR service across the school. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a people-focused environment and takes pride in providing high-quality support. The role is part-time, 22.5 hours a week, and is term-time only plus 4 weeks.

You will also act as a first point of contact for HR enquiries, providing a professional and welcoming service to staff and applicants.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion. Experience of HR administration is desirable, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
In return, you will join a supportive and collaborative school community committed to staff wellbeing, professional development and delivering an exceptional education for our pupils.
The start date for this role is asap.
We welcome any interested candidates who wish to tour the school prior to an interview to contact the Head's PA:
