Job Description
- Support day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records.
- Prepare HR documentation for onboarding, confirmation, contract renewal, and offboarding.
- Process monthly payroll, including overtime, allowances, and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
- Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with MOM.
- Coordinate employee medical check-ups, insurance, and training programmes.
Requirement
- Min 2-3years of relevant experience
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
- With short notice period is preferred
