What they need
Project Assignment: Metro Manila Subway Project CP-103
Job Responsibilities:
- Collecting data, manual timekeeping and processing payroll
- Processing final pay
- Monthly payroll reports
- Leave Credits monitoring
- Processing Bank Accounts (for newly hired employees)
- Answer to concerns of employees regarding compensation
- Other task as assign by the immediate supervisor
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business Administration in Human Resource Management
- With at least 3 years experience in payroll, timekeeping and compensation & benefits in construction industry
- Must be able to communicate with other foreign nationals in English language
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be knowledgeable in computation of tax and alpha list
- Keen to details
- Amenable to work as Project-based
- Can work from Monday-Saturday
- Can start as soon as possible.
