HR Assistant - Payroll

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant – Payroll with relevant experience in payroll processing and human resources administration. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and handling HR-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and processing of employee payroll.
• Monitor and consolidate employee attendance, overtime, undertime, absences, and leave records.
• Assist in calculating salaries, overtime pay, holiday pay, and other payroll adjustments.
• Process and monitor statutory contributions and deductions, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and payroll documents.
• Prepare payroll summaries and other HR-related reports.
• Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and other HR administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Philippine labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll procedures, statutory contributions, and government-mandated benefits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential employee information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Guadalupe, Makati City.
