HR Assistant (Project Based)

The HR Assistant will provide end-to-end administrative support for HR operations, including employee records management, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and compliance with company policies while maintaining confidentiality and service excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the team through recruitment and hiring activities, including posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.

• Manage and post job vacancies on online recruitment platforms.

• Source and screen qualified candidates based on job requirements.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking database and recruitment reports.

• Process pre-employment requirements and prepare onboarding documents.

• Respond to applicant inquiries and provide timely hiring updates.

• Provide support in different HR and Recruitment activities.

• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in end to end recruitment processes is preferred but not required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
