HR Assistant (Project-Based)

About the Role

Are you passionate about people, employee development, and creating a positive workplace? The University of Cebu is looking for a Human Resource Assistant to support key HR functions in Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and Employee Engagement.

This is a 3-month contract opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to meaningful HR initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and support the university’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Compensation and Benefits: Prepare payroll-related reports, assist with annual salary reviews, maintain job descriptions, and support job evaluations and compensation research.
• Employee Benefits Administration: Assist in managing salary adjustments, bonuses, incentives, and employee benefit packages.
• Learning and Development: Coordinate training schedules, monitor employee participation, maintain training records, and evaluate program feedback.
• Employee Engagement: Help organize employee activities, recognition programs, and engagement surveys to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Administrative and Budget Support: Request funds and liquidate expenses for meetings and activities under UC Main.
