HR Assistant - Recruitment

• Handles end-to-end recruitment including sourcing and screening of applicants, performing the initial interview and conducting of endorsements to hiring managers, processing the reference check, and administering the pre-employment requirements and onboarding documents.
• Ensures that all vacancies are filled within the agreed service level agreement.
• Initiates strategies to fill up vacancies adequately. Sources applicants through various channels such as Jobstreet, Linkedin, Referrals, etc.
• Schedules presentation of job offer to successful applicants.
• Ensures that all employee movements (hiring, regularization, transfer, resignation, termination, etc.) are supported with accurate, complete, and timely documentation.
• Monitors the Performance Management System and ensures submission of performance appraisals.
• Prepares and analyzes recruitment reports on headcount, attrition, and hiring efficiency and ensures that submission of these reports are accurate, timely and complete.

Job Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Development Management, or equivalent
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City
